I have a question regarding translation capabilities within ServiceNow. Could you please clarify if it's possible to perform translations without installing any plugins? If so, could you outline the process involved?
Alternatively, if plugins are required for translation, could you please let me know the names of the specific plugins that need to be installed before we can proceed with translating data?

You need a plugin to get the translations working correctly. Technically you could do some setup yourself, but it would be a huge hassle compared to just activating a plugin.
After installing the plugin you can freely modify and add additional translations however you want to.
