Trying to install Project Portfolio Suite, it seems I need to have a subscription to do so.
Any idea to get this installed, my instance is on Madrid release

Why is such a cryptic link the preferred way to do this?
Will the same work on a productive instance without a subscription to Project Portfolio Suite? (Cannot test this, but might be unwanted behviour.)
Why is this not available via https://developer.servicenow.com/ --> Your Instance --> Activate Plugin? Wouldn't this be the right way?

Activate PPM Standard (Project Portfolio Management)
As an administrator, you can activate the PPM Standard plugin (com.snc.financial_planning_pmo) to install the Project Portfolio Management applications.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
About this task
- To use the PMO (Project Management Office) dashboard for PPM, you can activate the Performance Analytics - Content Pack - PPM Standard plugin (com.snc.pa.pmo_dashboards).
- To use Investment Funding for PPM, you can activate the Investment Funding (com.snc.investment_funding) plugin.
Procedure
- Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
- Find the plugin using the filter criteria and search bar.
You can search for the plugin by its name or ID. If you cannot find a plugin, you might have to request it from ServiceNow personnel.
- Select Install, and then in the Activate Plugin dialog box, select Activate.Note: When domain separation and delegated admin are enabled in an instance, the administrative user must be in the global domain. Otherwise, the following error appears: Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running: Plugin Activation for <plugin name>.
- Installed with PPM Standard (Project Portfolio Management)
Several components are installed with the activation of PPM Standard plugin.
I just used this method on my personal Dev instance and was able to schedule several different plugins/applications while in the process
