Installing the Service Graph Connector for Microsoft SCCM

Is there some trick to installing this plugin?  How long should this take?

I tried installing it in our Dev instance - release Tokyo Patch 1. It seemed to get stuck at 7% complete for about 20 mins. Then moved to 27% complete and then to 76% complete after about 40 mins. It then displayed a pop-up login window but it would not take the credentials for my admin account.  Nothing seemed to happen after this; that is, it stayed at 76% complete. I eventually gave up and closed the browser window.  When I logged back in to our Dev instance and looked at plugins, it indicated that the Service Graph Connector was installed.  What credentials was it expecting?

I also tried installing this plugin in my PDI - release Tokyo Patch 1. It got stuck at 8% complete. After 2.5 hrs, it was still showing 8% complete. I gave up and closed the browser window. When I logged back into my PDI and checked plugins, it indicated that the plugin was installed.

Thank you!

Hi @mah1 ,

This is quite Normal to see like this, it shows as if it's struggling to install the plugin, but eventually if you reload or refresh the browser or Logout and login back after some time then  you would see the plugin is actually got installed.

This behavior is not only with Service Graph connector but with many other plugins too.

To sum it up this is a usual behavior and it happens with other plugins too and with other Experts too.

Thank you!  I've never seen this behavior before when installing a plugin. Good to know that this is normal...
