Hi @InnusMulani
Go to https://developer.servicenow.com, log out, and then log in again and see..
I've seen similar posts from other community members over the past couple of days.
Since ServiceNow does not provide support for PDIs, you'll need to wait until the issue is resolved.
Regards,
Siv

Hi @InnusMulani
Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @InnusMulani,
ServiceNow doesnt provide support for PDIs. You need to wait until your PDI is back online or release it and get a new instance. It is always recommended to keep a backup of your work in PDI and store in repositories in case these issues occur.

Hi @InnusMulani
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should automatically come online again after some time
- If you get tired of waiting, release you instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, all development work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
