Instance is showing up blank when I click on "Start Building"

Does anyone know what to do when the instance shows up blank after I click on the "Start Building" tab? It says the instance is online but whenever I click on it the page shows up blank.

Hi @rachom ,
as you might know, there is no support for PDI instances by ServiceNow. You therefor only have two options:
Try to reset the PDI through the developer site. If this doesn’t help, the only option is to release your instance and request a new one.

Same issue, I am also facing same since 2 days, even after refreshing no update.

For me, the issue only happened when loading with now UI. Without now UI, there were no issues.
For example yourInstanceName.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_user_list.do gave white page, but yourInstanceName.service-now.com/sys_user_list.do did not and worked without issues.
The fix was to clear instance cache.
Please try the following:
yourInstanceName.service-now.com/cache.do
