How to remove these highlighted options/ buttons, I started seeing this one after the upgrade.

System Defintion > UI Actions

If these are created specifically for Workspace, then you can find them in All > Now Experience Framework > Declarative Actions > Form Actions and update their enabled value as False.

how can we remove the blank section header from the workspace form

Hello @RohitGeorgV 

As this has little "i" icon in the extreme left, it is an infoMessage which if shown when the record loads then it could be client script or UI policy showing the information message. You can update the UI type to Desktop and it won't show in Workspace.

 If the message appears beneath a field then it is a fieldMessage and if it appears on load of the record form then above is applicable and if it appears on changing any field then it is onChange Client script whose UI Type can be updated to Desktop to not show in workspace.

i tried removing that section still it is present in workspace form
