Instance is stuck in waking up instance

My instance has been stuck in "Waking up instance" state for a day. When I tried to post this question, I saw a few posts asking for the same help.

- Will this problem be gone later?

- If it won't, is it necessary to release the instance first, then request a new one?

Please advise, thanks!

Hi @Mei1 ,

Unfortunately servicenow doesn't provide any PDI support anymore!!

I recommend you to wait for some more days , if it remains the same then you can release and request a new one.
