Instance issue

I am new to ServiceNow and currently looking to learn REST API, which I plan to use at my company. I have requested a ServiceNow instance, but it seems limited—it's missing several options like Incident creation and more, as shown in the screenshot below.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?

Hello @youcefh,

Check the following. After logging into the developer site.

1. Click on the Icon with your initials

2. Then to the left you should see user role. Check to see if it says Admin

3. If it doesn't click change user role under "You instance action" and set it to admin.
