in my pdi i am click the start building button then i its open developer in new tab but it took a lot of time like half hour i am using the zurich version i am also tried to upgrade the version but and show this message in my history "Error upgrading to Australia  Patch 2" and i am also try to clear cache  https://devxxxx.service-now.com/cache.do but it wouldn't happen i face the issue from serveral weeks but not solve the issue any solution its open the developer tab open quickly

An upgrade takes around 4–8 hours, sometimes longer. So, please be patient. You can also check the live status of the upgrade under the “Upgrade Monitor” section.

Hi @RutikA 

 

Wait for completion of the activity for 4-5 hours.

If your  your Servicenow Developer PDI  has been stuck in a "launching," "waking up"  or not getting online state for more than 24 hours, then

 I will  advice you  to release the instance and request a new one . 

 

As you know there is no support available for PDI.
