Hi guys,

 

Is there any ongoing issue right now?

My instance is offline for more than 24 hours now.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

Several have reported issues with their PDIs within the last period, hence there could be some maintainance, disruption etc. to the node where your instance is located. As you also might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow according to PDIs, hence you only have two options.

 

  1. Wait some more time - it should come online in some time
  2. When you get tired of waiting and it still hasn't come online, release your instance and request a new.

Thanks guys, I indeed read the earlier threads about lack of support 😞 and wanted to check whether my case isn't connected to others. You clarified it. Releasing would be ok but I have plenty of things developed there. It's a first time I face such situation. Whatever, I will wait. It's a pity it works that way.

Hi @Community Alums ,

Unfortunately, ServiceNow doesn't supports any issues related to PDIs anymore.

you don;t have any other option other than waiting until it gets fixed itself automatically.
