Instance Options Grayed out on a Widget

My Instance Options is grayed out on the Ticket Status widget, this is the only one that is grayed out.

Hello @velvet it appears this is a custom widget with no instance options defined. If you click on the "Widget Options Schema" option and configure some options, then the "Instance Options" selection will become active.
