Hi Dr Atul - LNG
"It has already been 24 hours, but my PDI is still showing as offline. Is this normal, or is there something I can do? Also, I am not seeing the wake-up button to bring it back online."

As per my experience,
In PDI , in generally takes 3 to 4 hours for upgrade , if less customization is there, less app installed. for fresh instance , sometimes it took less than 3 hours.
In client instance upgrade takes between 4-8 hours

Hello @gopireddyM68682 ,
It really depends on how much data and how many plugins you have active on your instance. In my experience, a standard upgrade usually takes 4 - 5 hours.
However, if you have a massive database or a heavily customized environment, it can absolutely take a full day to completely wrap up.
If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.
