I need to verified that a particular user has or does not have access to our service now instance. Do you know how can I verify that? The user is defined in the sys_user table but not sure that tells me that he has access to the instance. Also, try to impersonate him and I cannot impersonate him in that particular instance.
Your help or guidance is appreciated.
Luis

Hi,
Is the profile active? Are you checking in the same instance where you checked the user exists in user table?
Is user an admin?

Singh "yes" I went to the sys_user table and the active field is checked (Active). Any other suggestion?
Thanks for the help or education.
