Hi, I am having problem. My working instance switched to old UI and I don't have gear icon to just switch to UI 16. Also when I log off and log in again it looks good for couple minutes. Does anyone faced this issue? What may cause this?
p.s. I tried incognito mode, cleared cashe, tried another browser

Lookup system property 'glide.ui.ui15_switch_roles'. or create it if doesnt exist.
Type = String
Value = Enter a comma-separated list of roles that are allowed to switch between UI16 and UI15. If you set the value to Public, all users are able to switch between the UI versions.

I was hoping the option to switch would come back this way.
You might try activating next experience instead of UI16. Maybe that way you can at lease keep your current pdi.
Set system preference glide.ui.polaris.experience to true.

I guess the only option left is reset the PDI, but before that take back up and then request for reset. I know you may not like this 😞
or try to upgrade if not done already.
