Me and my colleague are having way more trouble than deserved for such a simple thing.
I want to simply add a quick links widget to my custom employee center. Creating the widget instance on the correct page does not show any widget options besides the ones common to all others (CSS properties, additonnal options)
The resulting widget in my page when inspecting is there but empty and a pixel high, which means I can't right click on it to access instance options.
Trying to copy something like the test data from the original widget onto additionnal options in my instance widget results in errors and doesn't load the page at all.
I can't believe we have so much trouble just putting a single widget. Are we missing something important? How do you properly instantiate the quick links widget in employee center?
