Published Workflow Not showing for RITM

i have created a wokflow Software Requests WF for catalog item, after submitting a request,

when i am clicking on show workflow in related links selected workflow is not showing. Instead it is showing workflow of service catalog request.

i tried creating different workflows in am facing the same issue. i.e. workflow of service catalog request is getting attached instead of selected Published workflow.

NOTE : Table name : sc_req_item table name selected for creating Workflow 

              Workflow is in Published state 

             selected the same workflow in Process Engine for catalog item
