Integarion hub overallocated how can we fix it

SNOW VENDOR suggest like "The reason you are seeing over-allocation on ihub starter pack is due to many REST API calls made by "Send personal message" from Microsoft Teams graph spoke, which come under "integration hub starter" subscription entitlement.

From the integration hub usage dashboard, we can see that your ihub tasks are exceeding the allotted licensed value of "100000"; that is why you are seeing the over-allocated remark." so need some more assistance on this like  they shared only where is the issue but not find exact issue to fix

Looks like you have virtual agent and/or live agent integrated with teams. Every outbound message is an IH transaction so is it in line with your chat/ticket volume?

Do you have multiple bots or why are there so many from both scopes sn_now_teams and sn_va_teams? Or are the ones from sn_now_teams related to provider notifications and sn_va_teams just user chats?

First you need to understand if the transaction volume matches what is expected. If so you need to revise your provider notifications and virtual agent implementation if you are sending out unnecessary notifications or your topics are ineffective.

  1. Review Integration Hub Usage Dashboard: Use this dashboard Integration Hub Usage Dashboard to confirm which specific flow is responsible.
  2. Analyze the frequency of Trigger Flow: Look at the Flow Designer flow using the Teams spoke. Is it triggering unnecessarily often?  Try to reduce the frequency if identified.
  3. License Upgrade: If the usage is necessary for your business , you will connect with your Servicenow Account Executive to upgrade from the Starter Pack to a higher Integration Hub tier.

Hello, The issue isn’t just the Teams spoke; a specific flow is repeatedly triggering Send personal message causing high IHUB consumption.
