Integrate CMDB CI Data with CISCo ISE

Can any one help me how to integrate service now with CISCO ISE

 use case: populate CMDB CI data through CISCO ISE

That referes to using the ERS API which appears to be a inbound API on CISCO ISE, so you'd have to pull the data on a frequency.
