I want to Integrate MS teams and ServiceNow and when Major incident got created notification should popup in channel and the notification should trigger the team both organisations teams. how can both x organisation team can see it and also y organisation. should we create a channel in X organisation and add Y organisation team ID in X channel. Please help me out.
