Integrate Viva Engage Channel with Servicenow

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a possibility to integrate Viva Engage with Servicenow? Not only to raise/follow-up on tickets but for example also, and not limited, to use the "tags" to do searches automatically in the Servicenow knowledgebase and other capabilities that would help the users to have a more seamless experience in the community (notifications in Servicenow for SMEs, follow-up on MIs, autosuggestions of knowledge when raising a question, autocreation of suggested knowledge when adding a valid answer to a question...)

It would be great also to have integrations with the Gamification Module of Servicenow to encourage and recognise active users of the community.

Thanks for your answer. That connection, if I understand it correctly, would be to manage tasks where I´m looking for a way to report/manage/answer feeds linking to knowledge articles/connecting with SMEs and report on all these activities directly from Servicenow so other modules like gamification could also be applied for the Viva Engage communities. Are you aware if something like this is currently possible or in the pipeline? thanks!
