Integrating Connectwise with Servicenow

My organization uses Connectwise as the ticketing tool and wants to migrate it to Servicenow.   I have googled this, and it returned me the API integration documents of both tools. But, what should I do with them? I am completely new to this platform, so bit confused.

Has anyone done this before? If so, please share suggest what articles or blogs to follow.

Hello Prudhvi,

I can advise you to get more familiar with ServiceNow first, then focus on integrations, there are many possible ways and not knowing the details it can be hard to advise.
