In my company we have an automation that creates Incidetns, and automatically attaches a CSV file on them. But recently those files started to be encrypted for most users. I've tried to impersonate the automation user, and attach myself a CSV file in a Incident, to reproduce the issue, but I couldn't.
Anybody has any idea on this?
