Integration Azure AD SSO

Hi, I am trying to integrate Servicenow to Azure AD SSO, I have configured the enterprise application with the correct parameters and set Auto Redirect IdP but it is not redirecting the Microsoft login page when trying to open the servicenow URL. When testing connection it is opening the Microsoft login page but in incognito tab, it doesn't.
