Integration between Service Now and Azure Data Factory for HR tables

We are using Azure Data Factory to get specific data from Service Now tables. It is working properly for incident and task_sla tables but when we are trying to extract data from sn_hr_core_case_compensation table our DBA team could see only sys_id column from the ADF side, but not anything else. (See attached screenshot)

Thanks, yes seems like the same problem ... but no solutions, except of give up on ADF
