Integration error for Key Manager Plus certificate application

Hi,
I need assistance. I created an integration user profile for the Key Manager Plus connector. The credentials are correct, but when the Key Manager Plus admin clicks on "Fetch Columns" to map ServiceNow columns with Key Manager Plus, an error occurs: "No data available" and we all know there is data available
Is there a way for the ServiceNow team to test this integration? and not rely on the key manager plus administrator?
