Thank you Ankur

Please let me know if i can add worknotes also in enbonding between 2 instance.

Few data available on Instance A is not available on Instance B, (like Assigned To user) So we want to get details from Worknotes on the Incident ticket history

Hi Arun,

I haven't explored much on that.

But that video should help you get started and as you proceed you will learn more

@Arun Prakash A  - Can you clarify on - Few data available on Instance A is not available on Instance B, (like Assigned To user) So we want to get details from Worknotes on the Incident ticket history?

Hi Pradeep

We also want all the updates on worknotes to be visible on both the incidents created in 2 instance.

1. Incident is created in Instance A and shows correlation ID of incident created in Instance B.

2. Arun is available only on Instance A and not on Instance B

3. In Instance B, Assigned To column can be left empty as the user Arun is not available in that instance.

4. But we need all the updates on worknotes in Instance A to be visible on Instance B & vice versa.

5. by default worknotes are not getting updated on other Instance.

Hi Arun,

Did you try to use Lookup Remote Incident and then Update Remote Incident and select the fields?
