My task is to do a feasibility study on the Integration of ServiceNow with AD specially for the purpose of User provisioning into ServiceNow.
My question is this - Is the LDAP integration via Mid Server good enough for the integration piece or do we have to install
APIs or other tools (Active Directory Spoke)
Understanding that there are other steps involved, but I would just like to know if there is cost attached to this task?
