Integration of ServiceNow with Nexthink CMDB Connector

Hi all,
We have a requirement to integrate servicenow with Nexthink for getting information about the configuration items.
We have downloaded and installed the Nexthink CMDB connector application in our instance.
When i opened and checked the data sources module in the application, there were no field maps available for all the transform maps associated with the data sources.
When i installed the Plugin for Integration of Servicenow with SCCM (Integration - Microsoft SCCM 2016), there were all field maps and everything available for all the transform maps associated with its data sources.
We are finding it bit difficult in proceeding with the Nexthink integration.
I didn't find any documents related to Nexthink CMDB connector application.
If someone has any idea about it , kindly help us.

If you downloaded the Nexthink app from the ServiceNow Store, there should be some documentation that goes along with the app as well as a method to get support from the author of the app.

We are in the process of integrating with Nexthink as well. And the document is not adequate as you described. Couple of questions I have is
*) When the Data Source populates the data, the created by field is getting populated as the system instead of the user account we are using to execute the Job. So we are not able to identify the devices created by the integration.
*) How can we create a CI Type field for transforming the user information coming from NexThink?
Do you have any insight into the above?

Hi Venkat,
Actually we haven't configured any thing Nexthink CMDB connectory apllication menu.
In general the created by field will be populated by the Integration user created at the ServiceNow end. But i have no idea about this Nexthink integration.
Can you please clarify the below doubts?
We need to add the Endpoint, Mid Server, profile authentication in CI engines module, right?
How can we connect these details in CI engines module with Data sources?
Have you created any field maps in Transform maps?
Because i didn't understand how data will get transferred to target table. I haven't work with any data sources which involves the usage of XML type file transfer.
Is there any scripts which is responsible for data transfer to target table from Import set table?
