Integration of ServiceNow with Nexthink CMDB Connector

Hi all,

We have a requirement to integrate servicenow with Nexthink for getting information about the configuration items.

 We have downloaded and installed the Nexthink CMDB connector application in our instance.

When i opened and checked the data sources module in the application, there were no field maps available for all the transform maps associated with the data sources.

When i installed the Plugin for Integration of Servicenow with SCCM (Integration - Microsoft SCCM 2016), there were all field maps and everything available for all the transform maps associated with its data sources.

We are finding it bit difficult in proceeding with the Nexthink integration.

I didn't find any documents related to Nexthink CMDB connector application.

If someone has any idea about it , kindly help us.

Hi All,

After installing the CMDB connector and running the scripts we are not able to see "CI Relationships" table populated while CI Types and CI Type fileds are all populated with default data. Any suggestions on what is miising on the configurations?
