Integration with ServiceNow to Visa network

Hi All,

 

I am doing the integration between ServiceNow and Visa network. For this integration we need to upload some of the Client certifications and followed the Set up Visa Spoke  doc for configuration and we are facing the issue in the Protocol profile like "Keystore contains key pairs with self issued certificates with aliases: 1".

Can any one suggest me how to proceed further.

Hello @vinuth v 

 

Ensure that the certificate you are using is valid and correctly formatted.

Check this link with steps to validate it. If the validation fails, you may need to request a new certificate from Visa team.

 

Can you ensure the keystore file is not corrupted and is in the correct format. Sometimes, re-downloading the certificate from Visa's portal and re-importing it into the keystore can help.


In case if the keystore is corrupted, you might need to recreate it.
