IntegrationHub ETL

Hello experts,

I have created a custom action to get CI data from another tool using REST Message, I'm able to get the data and load into data source. and i have created Robust transform map using IntegrationHub ETL, Im able to create/Update CIs, how can i get connect these 2 configurations? I dont see any flow to call robust transform map.
