IntegrationHub plugin not activating in PDI

Hello,

In my PDI I want to install the integrationhub spoke for flow designer. What I did was to go to https://developer.servicenow.com/ logged in and from profile, in activate plugin I activated the ServiceNow IntegrationHub Standard Pack Installer, got an email that it was activated, then ServiceNow IntegrationHub Professional Pack Installer (because I need to use the Microsoft AD spoke) and got an email that it was activated.

Opened the instance but I cannot access anything related to Microsoft AD spoke in Flow designer.

Went to plugins and integrationHub is not available.

Any ideas?

There are many spokes which we cant use on PDi and MS is one of same.

I've asked one of my colleagues to follow the same steps and in his PDI he is able to access the Microsoft AD spoke and to use it's actions.
Quick mention, my instance is Vancouver and his Utah, but I don't get it?!

Agree @Elena Spiru  but I am in D.C. release now and it is still not available for me, May be if you reset your PDi , you may get.
