IntegrationHub plugin not working in PDI

I have a PDI. I've gone into the Manage page in developer.servicenow.com and activated the IntegrationHub plugin there, and was told it was successful, but I can't find any of the plugins (active or not) in my PDI.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log into https://developer.servicenow.com/
  2. Click Manage > Instance, then Action > Activate plugin
  3. Find ServiceNow IntegrationHub Installer in the list > click ACTIVATE
  4. Wait and watch and eventually I see this message: "Success! The plugin you selected is now activated in your instance."
  5. Find IntegrationHub plugin IDs to verify installation; I'm looking at the table here
  6. View all Plugins (unfiltered list) in my PDI and I can't find anything listed in the page linked above

The point to all of this is we use slack in my org and a colleague is interested in integrating per this page. I'm attempting to test in a PDI before messing around in our org's instances.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

Thanks Pradeep. Just before you posted I had a Change request completed wherein the fulfiller(s) (or maybe it's a bot) posted the following info:

"You can check to see what plugins are currently active in an instance by using the following instructions:

1. Login to the instance that the plugin activation was requested for.
2. Type "sys_plugins.list" in the filter navigator and hit enter.
3. On the page that loads, use the search bar at the top of content window to search for the desired plugin by plugin name or plugin ID.

Please note, using the above steps is the only way to access the plugin list that contains the ServiceNow activated plugins.Navigating to 'System Definitions > Plugins' or typing "plugin" in the filter navigator will not produce the same results."

I can now find app-specific plugins I was hoping to see. So I guess they're installed.

Hi,

You will not be able to view the Maint plugins from the plugin module. To verify, can you create a flow in your PDI instance and then check the available actions?

hi Pradeep, I have ran into a similar situation: I want to use IntegrationHub in my Rome instance, when I check in Flow it is not installed. The plugin list show the following being installed "ServiceNow IntegrationHub Runtime".

I have opened a case with the Learning team since I am using this PDI for training, can you advice how to go about this matter?

Regards, Carlos
