Hi Everyone,

 

When an incident is created with p1 priority  is there a way we could automate a teams call to the assigned person or assignment group people depending on their availability?

 

i hope you under what iam trying to achieve here. if it is not possible in teams , how can it be achieved (other than twilio and pager duty)

your help would be appreciated

Do you already have a Teams integration? Otherwise you need to start there.

But 'automate a teams call' sounds weird. Do you automatically want to open a call? That sounds weird, because I highly doubt every one knows enough details to not be wasting time from the start.

we have integrated virtual agent with teams. trying to figure out if there is a way we can trigger  a call when incident is created.

 

You can make it so you can setup a call from an incident, but please don't do this on incident creation. That will get all kinds of people involved that aren't even aware of the issue.
