Excited to showcase my project for the #BuildWithBuildAgent challenge by ServiceNow!
I built an Intelligent Traffic Control System (ITCS) powered by ServiceNow Build Agent + GenAI — designed to help city authorities monitor, manage, and optimize road traffic conditions through a central digital platform.
No heavy coding. No long development cycles. Just natural language prompts that delivered:
Automated traffic incident logging (accidents, signal failures, road blockages, congestion alerts)
AI-driven severity classification & routing rules
Auto-assignment of tasks to field officers with SLA tracking
Real-time dashboards for traffic managers
Knowledge base for on-ground protocols
Live traffic map integration
What does this agent do?
Monitors traffic flow, congestion, and road conditions in real time
Captures incidents from operators or citizens and auto-assigns nearest officers
Sends instant notifications to field teams for faster resolution
Provides managers with performance dashboards and central visibility
