interaction tab can't be closed after chat is closed from employee side

After auto close, when I try to close the tab by clicking the cross icon, it freezes and doesn’t close. Even after the interaction is auto closed, I still need to refresh the page and save it manually before I can close the tab. Has anyone faced this issue before with Chat Interaction?

Try repair the workspace plugin once.

Hi @Apaul ,

 

Just check if you have any Existing customization on UI action ( it could be by UI builder),

If not , Repair the Servicenow Operation Workspace plugin.

And try it again the Incognito/Inprivate browser (Cache free window)
