Interactive filter in dashboard to access incident caller field

Hi team,

 

Can any one suggesst me for logic behind creation of custom interactive filter to filter dashboard reports based on caller of incidents.

Hi,

 

1. You need to add a new widget and select widget category as "Interactive Filter".

2. Select the type of filter to add, such as Choice list or Reference.

3. Select the filter you want to add.

But we are nor able to don't walk to incident table fields. May I know is it possible?

I could see only incident table available

Hi @servicenow_devo ,

 

You can just create a new interactive filter based on the sys_user table with reference to the requester of the incident table.
