Hi @Nayana N ,
Which tables are you trying to filter with the interactive filter? For the mapping to the tables/columns, is it custom columns or OOTB columns?

Hi @Nayana N ,
So the two customized tables, has they been created from scratch or extended from another table? Which field on both tables are you trying to filter on?

Hi Nayana,
For achieving this you will need to create a custom filter widget, here's doc: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-now-intelligence/page/use/dashboards/reference/r_CustomPubli...
Apart from this, you can create a database view and then apply filter over it as a single table, however this makes sense if both table are related, if not I will try a custom widget.
