Interactive Filters

Hello all! I have recently done some restructuring of the incident table, so that there are new category and sub-category values. After making this change though I realized that the interactive filters for these two fields on some of my dashboards will now only be useful for tickets entered since the change. I am wondering if there is any way to configure the interactive filters to include some of the now in-active choices for these fields?

Your filter is pulling from the field definition (sys_choice table) — not the data. So, any old values that.

Unfortunately not - unless you write your own custom interactive filter. It's one of the risks when disabling choices
