What would be the best solution to implement this : 

1 - Create a simple report for open HR Cases

2 -  Filter all HR Cases where the title of the opened for is IT Technician

Your report filter should like like the following. Table for this report should be HR Case [sn_hr_core_case]

Hello @Sandeep Rajput but in first question it's  Open HR Cases and for the second question it's All HR Cases The report Filter you showed will show All HR Cases (question 2) but in question 1 it's only Open HR Cases

By open cases, I am assuming you would like to see only the cases which are in Ready, Awaiting Approval and Work in Progress cases.

For the second case if you just wish to filter HR cases where the title of opened for is IT Technician then simply remove the state filter and just keep the title filter.
