Internal business location records are not visible in BLSP

Hi Everyone,

 

In configuration of Service model foundation under CSM, Internal business locations are not displayed in Business location service portal under My Business Locations. can anyone please help me on this.

You have to check role system + business role

Try

  • system role: sn_customerservice.service_organization_contributor
  • business role: location contributor

In Service model foundation do you have any knowledge regarding the configuration of the Service Organization/Request Service Organization fields in child tables, such as the fso domain tables? These fields are derived from the case table.
