Internal Server Error (500) while login in the instance

Hey Guys,

I planned my upgrade to Utah and before that I cloned my sub-prod(UAT) instance. Post cloning, I am facing Internal Server Error (500) while trying to sign in into the test instance.

can anybody suggest?

I beleive the upgrade is still in progress. it should automatically get resolved in sometime.
