Invalid object in scoped script while triggering flow through UI action

Raviteja Kunal1

A error message is being displayed while we are trying to trigger a flow from an UI action. Not able to identify what is the issue since all the scripts in the flow are in the same scope.

Any reference to fix this issue. Thank You.

@Raviteja Kunal1

Did you check if that flow is active and published?

UI action and flow both are in same scope?

Did you copy the script from the Create code snippet feature from flow?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

@Ankur Bawiskar Yes both are in same scope. Flow is active and published.

@Raviteja Kunal1

Is this happening when admin clicks or non-admin clicks?

Is this happening all the time?

Hi, please open your Flow and check the Flow Executions. The error message probably comes from one of your Flow Actions.

Even if both of your records are in the same scope, they might access a table or a script which is not in that scope. In this case you need to create a new Cross Scope Policy.

The execution might show you exactly where the error occurred:
