Invalid username or password in Prod

Hi All,

In Prod instance a user is having trouble logging in. "Invalid username or password" is displayed.I tried to reset the password in dev.Same thing repeats.

Locked out - False

SSO - False

Source - Present

Can anyone help me with this

Yes, i have checked the LDAP server, the user is not locked out.

Try to log on via /login.do page.
