IPSDS cases do not appear in agent mobile app

I just installed PSDS in my PID instance and set up my own agent profile and have assigned 3 PSDS cases to myself that are ACTIVE and a few base Cases as well.
In the agent mobile app, under My Cases I only see base Cases. None of the PSDS cases appear.
Why? According to the documentation, PSDS Cases are supported in the mobile app.
