is Flemish available in Dynamic Language Translations

Open search results are not bring a definitive answer so will try the Community.

 

I need to know in advance, if  Flemish is available in dynamic translations, can someone who already has ITSM Pro advise?

We are using Azure Translator at our end not sure about Flemish.
