Is it possible to add a choice in 'Run' field in Scheduled Script Execution?

Hi,

I have a requirement to run a report on 3rd day of customised Fiscal calendar (provided by client). where they have 13 months in a year and wants to run this on 3rd day of every month. I have the option to create a business calendar but that needs to be updated every year. 

instead i wanted to make this report run based on the 'Run' condition. Tried adding the 'Run' field choice as 'Business calendar: run on 3rd day Fiscal'  (similar to the in attached screenshot) but unable to find where to write the Background script to make it run on 3rd day of fiscal month.

Any suggestions?

special run conditions are handled via the "conditions" field. Please follow the instructions in the following article which demonstrates some special cases: Better Conditions for Scheduled Jobs (Specific times or days of week)
