No. ServiceNow does not allow custom fonts to be added to be listed in the editor as the questioned asked.

Fonts currently supported are listed in "System Properties" > "UI Properties"

Do you have any updates to this reply?  I have seen custom fonts added at my prior company and have been able to select from the knowledge article toolbar.  I do not know how to add the custom font, but I'd like to do this at mh new company with my new EC portal.  We are on Tokyo.
