is it possible to add approve button and comments in workflow notifications itself instead redirect to  portal or to a specific record

 

please assist me on this issue asap.

You can use email approval if that's what you are looking for.

Just using buttons is also an option, but it requires creating extra logic (click of the button needs to trigger an integration to approve the record). There are several articles about it on the community, but maybe an email reply is already enough?
