Is it possible to change the view of the reference list from sys_ref_list to another custom view?

When you press the lookup button on the form, the reference list will be displayed.
This reference list is displayed in the "sys_ref_list" view.
Is it possible to display this reference list in another custom view?
Also, where do you control the settings that appear in the "sys_ref_list" view when you open the reference list?

you can go to System UI > Views and Search for name = sys_ref_list
